Council Networking Reception, Annual Meeting & Dinner (Heirloom and Vacation Home Planning)

Please join us at 4:30 p.m. for cocktails on the patio followed by dinner on May 14th at the Attlantic Grill in Rye, NH.
Tim Borchers is an estate planner and professional trustee practicing in NH and MA. For all of his 40+ years of practice, real estate co-ownership and succession planning has been one of his passions. Tim is the creator of the Heirloom Ownership Trust™ and, most recently, co-author of the top consumer and professional guide, Saving the Family Cottage (Nolo), 7th Ed. (2025).
In this presentation, Tim seeks to strengthen your second-home savvy skills in what is certain to be an area that estate planners, financial advisors, and CPA’s will repeatedly encounter in client relations.
As this will be our last meeting of the current dues year, the Council will also hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership during which time an election will be held to confirm officers and directors for the 2025-2026 membership year. Slate to be provided here soon.
